Locker Brand, Inc. has recently determined that the locks on a small number of Rx Lockers bearing production batch numbers ending in 052010, 062010, 082010 and 122010 do not meet its stringent quality requirements and may allow the Rx Locker to be opened by applying an excessive amount of downward pressure to the latch when it is locked.  This could potentially result in unauthorized access to the contents of your Rx Locker. Locker Brand, Inc. has ceased production of the Rx Locker and is voluntarily recalling all affected units.

To determine whether your Rx Locker is affected by this recall, lock it by closing the latch and scrambling the combination. Then, using your thumb, press down on the latch using as much force as you can. If the lock opens, your Rx Locker is subject to this recall.  If your Rx Locker is subject to this recall, or even if you would simply prefer to return your Rx Locker, please contact Locker Brand, Inc. at 1-888-491-6617 or admin@lockerbrand.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label so that you can return your Rx Locker to us, free of charge.  Once Locker Brand, Inc. has received your returned Rx Locker, it will mail you a check for the suggested retail price of $14.99.
